I go to Hot Topic to get my lip ring (and all the other piercers in my friends/family group go there, also). They have a website so I'm sure you can order from them. www.hottopic.com
Also, believe it or not, Wal Mart has some body jewelry. I'm really not sure if they have any online, but it's worth a shot. www.walmart.com

try Hot Topic. they always have cool stuff if not, try a head shop...that does piercing
