Can someone explain the concept of Dynamics to me like PCLM or those stuff?

I have learned the concepts and formula already but I still don't know how to apply them like F=m(dv/dt)+(v-u)dm/dt, impulse, momentum and those elastic collisions and inelastic collisions. Anyone can explain the topic in detail for me out of kindness?

Make sure you look at the graphs, understanding what the slope 'dv/dt' means and how accleration affects velocity and such for starters.
