Quite right too. It's disgusting and unsightly and can attract nesting racoons which is never good for a business. I remember your old avatar, you're completely bald. You've got to comb the hair up and over your dome dude, thus killing two birds with one stone.

Shaving doesn't work. It just doesn't. You've gotta burn those l'il frickers out. Light a match and stick it in and out of your ear quickly. You'll hear the sizzle and know you were successful. If you have full hair on the sides, hold your other hand over your ear so you don't end up with little crispies.

Go ahead and sue. Hopefully you will benefit every man in America by bringing this vital issue to the forefront.

Are you serious? If so I would be contacting an attorney and I hope you have proof in writing this is why you were fired yes you can sue over this it is discrimination at its lowest sounds more like an excuse to get rid of you then anything on the up and up

I hate to laugh at your calamity, but that's just wierd. What kind of job was it? If you are thinking about sueing for "ear hair discrimination", you might want to dial up one of those lawyers on the back of the phone books.

Does your ear hair make you "hard of hearing?" If so, it's discrimination because of your disability.

Maybe hearing was a requirement for your job--were you a musician? Then again, after listening to some musicians, you've got to wonder if they're deaf...

I know it's hard to accept, but trust me, your company's cause was justified. Especially if you also have crusty orange wax dripping down the sides of your face too.

It is not worth the lawsuit you could lose money instead of make it. Id say that would be a bad move.
