Vaginal discharge is normal and varies during your menstrual cycle. Before ovulation (the release of the egg), there is A LOT of mucous produced, up to 30X more than after ovulation. It is also more watery and elastic during that phase of your cycle.
These sites explain about the different types of discharge and when you need to worry about it or see a doctor. Most likely you are experiencing normal discharge.

There are several things that could be causing this: Believe it or not, but women and men actually sweat in that area more than any where else. If you are like me and always clean that area when you get home after you have used other restrooms this can also cause you to be moist continously (it is like it prepares itself to be cleaned). Another reason could be if you have sex more than four or five times a week. Your hormones (whether in the mood or not) are always, how can I say this, I guess READY!

It may be a vaginal infection. Is it clumpy and white, rather than colorless? Getting checked out by an ob/gyn may be a better way to get the question answered as to whether it is normal or not.

It may just be your cycle. Does it happen during the same time of month everytime or just all the time? Talk to your gyno or doc about this.
