Think about why you want to eat. Think about how the food you eat makes you feel. Does it help take away some pain you feel emotionally for a little while? It sounds like it might be psychologically based, and if you feel you have a challenge with this...I suggest talking with your doctor about a possible referral to the psychologist. Not a psychiatrist...a psychologist. There is a huge difference. Psychologists will help guide you through the process of finding out challenges and hang ups we have in our minds through talking through them...through a non-medicative approach. Psychiatrists resort to more medically based, medicative-based approaches. You do not need a psychiatrist if this is all you are challenged with in my honest opinion...but you have only given so much information. So I cannot give a true diagnosis, that is why you need to talk with your doctor about this.

Also, the question I have is...define eating all the time? Question what you are thinking about if you are already extremely thin as it is, and you think and extra 10 lbs. is just making you fat. If this is the situation...then you definitely need to seek a doctors advice and a referral to someone to help you through the process psychologically.

Since there is not much else info to go on expect what we are given here, that is all I can say on this.

do something.. adapt a hobby.

if you get hungry eat a veggie or fruit.... drink water or a juice.. you may be dehydrated.

get out.. walk a bit, ride a bike.. go shopping.. you're bored. you are down probably about something don't use food that way it'll destroy ya.

find reasons to enjoy your spare time without food.

get into some activities.. maybe you wanna help the community or something and you've not found your purpose?

or something to do that will make you feel good?

think about that.

getting fat is not good.

Don't be too hard on yourself, when you are 90 you and no one else will care, it becomes wasted energy!! Enjoy life!
But yes, the more you eat the more you want to eat! It stretches out your stomach so it takes u more food to get full on! There is nothing wrong with you, I am the same way...as long as you are happy with yourself is all that matters. Cutting out pop and alcohol are easy ways to cut calories. Replace junk food with healthy food, drink lots of water. Good Luck

If you are eating healthy foods and has proper diet, then there is no need to discipline yourself on the area of eating, but you do need to discipline yourself on how to regularly have an exercise to burn off the excess energy you gain from eating.

Now, if you love eating junk foods, then you must make yourself busy with other things that preoccupy your hands or that will require you to wash your hands frequently so you can avoid eating junk foods wven when you are full.
