apparantly she was done drink driving, after a day of filming her new music video, and no food of course she had 1 margarita, and decided to drive and get a burger coz she was hungary thats when she got caught, on australian morning programs there was quite some debate over how big her drink was a bucket or a barrel, lol hope this answers your question
