I don't feel comfortable in high heels. What else can I wear with mini skirt?

High heels are the best option. Maybe you should practice in them at home and get used to them? How about some wedges? or chunky heels to get used to them?
Otherwise, it's calf or knee boots. Never been a fan of ankle boots and mini's.

Thigh high boots or some boot that doesn't go all the way to the knee.
High heels go naturally with mini-skirts, but professional looking loafers (like Skechers or even Converse) would work.

Leggings are in, they keep your legs warm but they also look really cute. If it's a really cool day, put a pair of funky tights instead. Wear some clunky knee length boots or flats, they go with anything!

apparently we have the boots idea covered.
but if you dont really wanna wear boots/ are uncomfortable in boots i suggest flats. i love them. super cute =)
or leggings super cute. but not leggings and boots obviously ahahaha but leggings and flats are cute =)

How about really colorful Converse? With different colored socks? If it was good for the 80s, it's good for now, right? :) Look for some cute sandals maybe.....
