When I was a kid I used to watch Laugh-In with my Mom. I'd always mimic Lily's characters which would crack up my Mom. We still get silly and use a few of her lines (..and that's the truffffpppphhhhtt!). Mom just smiled when Lily "came out" and said, well we aren't all that suprised. She's an awsome comedic tallent!

I've been a fan of Lily Tomlin's since she was on Laugh In. She is a diverse comic and has now grown into a dramatic actress. She played so many characters on Laugh In that I laugh out loud just thinking about them!

lol - you should see her movie with steve martin called All of Me.

Lily Tomlin is more than a rare talent - along the lines of Ruth Buzzy and Carol Burnett - she seems like a genuinely nice person. I have always been a fan of Lily Tomlin. I even named my kid Lily (though I was not thinking of Tomlin at the time - lol).

Peace!

I loved her in 9 to 5 with Dolly Parton and Jane Fonda, and her comedy is fantastic. So I guess that would qualify as a fan...
