Maybe the spice has gone out of the relationship. You could try doing something new and exciting together, or maybe even something old that you haven't done in quite a while. You could also try suprizing her with a nice meal or trip to a romantic (or scary) movie. But, you should absolutly try to talk to her. It could be that is all she needs. To find out if she still loves you, show her that you still love her...

The most important thing in any relationship is communication, it may not even be you that she is concerned about, she might have some other issues she doesnt know how to talk to you about. So if you break the ice you will uncover what the problem is :)

First ask yourself if you have done what she asked you to do or you're still doing something wrong and she might be fed-up.
If this is ok you have done your part, then yeah you must go somewhere a nice place a talk about the issue.

Try doing something romantic for her. Maybe she might feel the same way about you when she also really loves you she might just want you to show her how much you care that might explain the seeming bored.

Yes, ask her. The worst that can happen is you'll find out she isn't interested in you anymore, but the best that can happen is she might tell you how you could change to make her happier in your relationship.

Talk to her, and listen. Listening is important. Do NOT try to give a solution, this is where men and women are different.

Sorry, but it sounds like she's either mad at you or else she met someone new. You'll never know unless you ask, and I mean ask not accuse.
