If you have the song make it yourself. Get Audacity, cut out a 20 sec or less clip, then save that clip in really low quality (I found using bit rate 24 is best, small enough to not cost much but not real bad quality) Then go to http://www.fun4mobile.com and click upload.
You will need the LAME MP3 encoder
Btw to change bit rate in Audacity go to Edit > Preferences and open the File Formats tab. then under MP3 Export Setup click Find Library and find the .dll file from the LAME zip. Now below that change the bit rate to 24 and hit ok.
