If these are the only two Qb's you have you are in big trouble man. Carr is a starter and will get more snaps ,Leinert is better I'm guessing but Warner is the starter there.. Trade away to get a better Qb man.

Neither. Carr is a starter but he never has decent production. Leinert is on the bench until Warner gets injured or just sucks.

In a keeper league, Leinert. But to start week one, Carr...Leinert is the backup to Warner.

I don't think either will be especially effective, but if you have no other choices, take Carr. Leinart will be a backup all year and will score you 0 points. Carr will play, and probably won't perform well, but he'll score you SOME points.
