The doctor might conduct D&C just to clean-up whatever was not expunged from the ovary during the miscarriage. It is a necessary measure to prevent infection and possible blood poisoning that might ensue due to decaying matters left in there.

Don't be scared. The loss is great for you, I'm sorry.

Go to the doctor as soon as possible! you could have an infection from the miscarriage! They might have to go in and do a scraping. Don't worry about it though it's for the best it will only hurt you in the end! You will be fine though! You should also consider having a therapist to help you through this time! It helps alot!

The Dr. is going to need to make sure everything left when you lost the baby, which I am sorry to hear. I had a misscarriage 3 years ago and my body did not release everything on it's own so I had to have a DNC. They will need to make sure there was nothing left behind and no scare tissue has grown. Good luck x3

Don't be afraid to go to the doctor. He or she will probably have a look "down there" and maybe do a sonogram to see what, if anything, might still be in your uterus. Possibly a blood test to check your hormone levels. It's not a big deal; you'll be fine.

he's just going to make sure that all of the placenta is gone, to make sure that you aren't still growing a partial life inside of you. it's very important and you'll do fine. before you know it, it'll be over. good luck.

Um how do you KNOW thats what it was. You could get a serious infection from that, if there was anything at all still left inside you. And if you are afraid of the Gyno, honey you shouldnt be having sex & be thankful if you did have a miscarriage because we do not need any more teen pregnancies in the U.S.
