It could be so many things. You could try making diet changes, add more fruits (esp bananas, pineapples), and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower) or nuts (almonds, walnuts). It could be psycho-emotional/social. Do you feel like a failure most of the time? Do you feel guilty or ashamed? no confidence? easily annoyed? unassertive? have you any outlets for exercise to get some of that energy out?

How about learning to take sex slowly, like indulging in foreplay? Do you view sex as just trying to get it over with? Flirting (with the same partner hopefully) is a process of builiding up sensations in the body. Just gazing into each other's eyes (not staring) is one way to whip up internal 'juices'.

I hope this helps...;)

I know what your talking about I have the same problem, the pills i take make me have that problem. I know that Anti-depressants can cause low sexual dissorder, Not enough foreplay, or just plan not in the mood. What my boyfriend and I tried was extending foreplay to see if that would help and when it didn't we decided to get a lube, we got KY warming lubricant. There are other kinds out there but i find that water based lubricants are the best.

You have to make sure you are sufficiently aroused before penetration occurs otherwise it can be painful. Arousal will cause you to lubricate more.

If you have been fine but are now having trouble, you may be suffering from a hormonal imballance or may have a vaginal infection. Either way, you should see your doctor.

Get a new boyfriend who can kick-it into gear - sorry! KY Jelly for sex is less messy than vaseline.
