How do you adjust the emergency brake cable on a 1995 Ford Escort GT?

I just put new brakes and calipers on my car and now my emergency brake does not work. Please help me.

its alot like a bycicle, but its under the car....i reccomend u not try it though...jsut a hunch but if u hafta ask id rather not trust u to do it
