If the weather is still warm, a white tuxedo shirt (a formal white shirt with vertical pleats).
If the weather is cooling and white is out, a red or charcoal sweater with a low neckline.

I would say a white t-shirt possibly with an oversized belt,but remember white is supposed to be out this time of year.
