Yes it is oriented but it is not 2 core of 32bit, but it is a 2 core each runs at a 64bit or 32 bit

The first response here is totally off. You don't run two 32-bit processors to get 64-bit. You can't just add bits together, LOL. It doesn't work that way!

The truth is that both cores can each run in 64-bit mode. It's just like AMD's Athlon 64 or Athlon X2. The CPU has the option to run in either mode. All Pentium D and Core 2 Duo processors from Intel have this capability too.

The whole idea of the Intel dual core is to coordinate 2 32bit processors and make a 64 bit one. They are easier to cool than a single unit. The simple answer to your queation is yes.
