I believe I am on the last puzzle before getting to the leader of Team Magma... i can not figure out how to move the boulders to reach the door... the boulders are set up something like this...

You need to travel to the 8th city gym and confront groun and kyogre there, After confronting them you need to travel to Embbed Tower to summon Rayquaza in order to stop Team Aqua and magma.
