I honestly cant make a defined list of qualities i look for, i tend to evaluate individuals on things like the vibe i get from them, how communicative they r, if they r funny, if they r flirty,if they r confident but not cocky, umm things like that. I think the biggest problem u have which causes ur chronic 'friend status' is being a lil too nice. I don't mean go out n be belligerent but every woman i know likes a lil of the cave man. just a tiny lil bit cuz its good to know or be reminded that yes ur significant other does get a lil outta sorts when some pest practically drools down ur cleavage. And its kinda comforting too to know that if some other genuine cave man comes along ur significant other can chase him off n protect u. Beyond that, try not to be too suffocating, a girl needs her space sometimes not cuz she needs to get away from u : cuz she needs to get away from the world in general. Needy to the point of obsession is a real big turn off.

Most girls want a man who is not a punk. A man who they can feel protected with. Also a man who is funny and can be liked by their family and friends. Last but not least at all, honesty. I know you like what ever but if you tell the truth you'll get in less trouble. Don't get me wrong they'll probably still be mad but while they are mad they start think and the conversation will in way better then if you'd lied. You get more respect from us. Take this and use wisely,

being too nice is boring. you need to show some "bad boy" side. girls find it fun! hehe. i've encountered very nice guys but if they don't have the sense of humor, they will suck big time! they need to be consistent with that they want. be a gentleman too, make them feel secure around you. that's an automatic plus for girls. if they only see you as a friend and you're nice and all, i don't think they're looking for someone special yet so they settle with guys who are not as good as you. saving the best for last maybe :) i also have a guy friend that whatever he does, i don't seem to like him too but he's not ugly, he's smart and really nice, chemistry needs some knockin to do.

Confidence is what I look for most. When a guy is comfotable in his own skin then i'll be comfortable with him. I would rather a guy be completely real with me than to make promises or say things he knows that he won't be able to live up to. But mainly confidence. A guy who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go after it himself.

I looked for (and found after 2 divorces) someone with a similar sence of humor (we are both sick and twisted), someone that has a decent relationship with their parents, kind, supportive, taller than me (not hard I am only 5'2"), eyes that are deep and let you see part of their soul, and a great belly laugh!

I think it depends on the woman and her current situation. For me, I would give anything to see a man run the vaccum, or wash a dish, or change a diaper lol
