Our success in the on-line sales lead generation market has created an opening for an Inside Telemarketing professional. In this position, you will conduct outbound sales prospecting by phone to deliver qualified "appointment-ready" prospects to Real Estate Agents. The position will require you spend nearly 100% of your day on the phone. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing and be an exceptionally quick learner. Great people skills, phenomenal phone presence and solid written communication skills are required.
Compensation: You will be allocated a minimum of 1000 Leads/month @ $1 each to process = $1,000/mo base. 2 bonus levels of $5 each, and $100 each, Position is designed to earn approximately $3600/mo. You can earn more if your conversion rate is above average.
