America - although claiming to address it America calls each nationality by its nationality instead of just saying youre American (ie african american, irish american, latin american etc etc), America also has a constitution that protects ******* like the KKK that stand purely for white supremecy....

Only someone who does not travel would answer America. You have not seen racism until you go to a country where there pretty much is only one race/culture. Only Americans think Americans are more racist than everyone else. This is because they are more experienced at having to get along with varied races and cultures, so they notice theirs and others faults well. It is only when you try to be non-racist that you notice how racist you can be. Go to a truly mono race/culture country and try to be or look different.

Not to confuse country with the individuals in a country, I would look at a country's laws, myths, and customs.

I would pick a single race country which has a very restrictive immigration policy. Japan comes to mind, but I'm sure there are others.

Most racist country? hnmmm, that's hard to pin point. I think I would say any country that had close minded people in it. It's not the race per say that makes one racist...it's the thinking that goes along with seeing something different and not finding beauty in it as one form or another.

America I guess.Because every average American laughs at accents as if every country speaks English. They think that people that come here do so in order to take from them.I have been to Europe and other countries but they are not as hostile and racist as yanks.I guess it has to do with education and having the guts to accomodate other cultures.

I dont exactly like america and all but you people who said USA are retarded, try leaving your country (let alone state) or reading a book for once. There are plenty worse countries than USA for racism, south africa had segregation till 1990's and not to mention eastern europe. And USA isnt the only diverse country and that diversity should make you less racsist not more.

Unfortunately I think that all countries have a racist element to them.

This one --- America (largely due to the fact that we have the most races out of any country all mixed together...)

America -- despite the pretense that some use to act like they accept all people.

I'm not sure there a place that has more racism than the other. I think it's all equally even though it may not seem like it is.
