I haven't known this person long but it seems that I may have feelings for them & I think they're could be something there for us both but they already has a partner, serious I dont know but I'm just wondering to myself.....do they have the right to know how I feel about them or should I just leave it as the good friendship I know it could be??

If they are not married it may not hurt anything. They may be unhappy in the relationship they are in. You said you haven't known this person long so just tell them that you are begining to develop feelings and if they are serious about the relationship they are in that they should not spend as much time with you. Be honest with them.

Cant see why people want to date someone in the work place.
You may find yourself themself in a uncomfortable position if
the relationship does not work out. When this happens, how would you feel about seeing this person everyday or finding out they have a new love?

Keep the friendship! Especially if they are seeing someone else!
How awkward would it be if you confessed, got rejected and then had to continue working with that person. It's not a good idea to start a relationship with someone you work with. Steer clear!

If they are in a relationship you should leave it because thats just getting messy, friendship is better than nothing, who knows what may happen in the future :)

First off, "they" refers to more than one person. "he" or "she" refers to one person.

Why not ask him if his current relationship is serious, and if not, let him know that you'd be interested in getting to know him better.
