I'm trying to lose a lot of weight with regular exercise and cutting off of calories; I just need something to help me stay way from snack times and nasty high fat, high cal foods.

I'd like the name of a good appetite suppressant, caffeine seems to work well for me, but personally I need something a bit stronger, I've tried drinking green tea, but to be honest it doesn't work as well, I can actually drink a gallon of tea and still have food cravings.

Anyway, suggestions would be great, thanks.

bro drink water and eat grains. I have this same problem when I'm cutting most supplements curve tha appetite and any GNC can help you with this but I know of Rip Fuel supressing your appetite. If you are exercising your body will need fuel so don't starve yourself.
