Japan seems to be getting more strict about who they let into their country. China and Russia at one time and possibly still keep their doors closed to who they see as unwanted.

Race is pretty much a socially contrived concept. Hence "racism" cannot be measured as its very definition is somewhat fluid. In some countries people hate one another simply because of their lineage, even thought to my eyes or yours they would look very much the same. What do you think qualifies as racism? Hating people b/c they look different than you? Speak differently? Worship differently? Would a mere surname be enough? I'm afraid this question can't be answered very accurately.
That being said, the Middle East is a hotbed of intolerance and "campish" violence at this point in history.

Any Islamic country. They hate everyone but their own. The Vietnamese are pretty bad too. They killed many mixed race babies in the orphanages after the war.

i will say saudi arebia there are around six million foreigners in conservative kingdom which has a population of 23 million including many christians from europe north america asia and other arab states and africa all foreigners in saudi arebia in the face or culture of people and government are slave all foreigners have nick name freedom of religion is not reconized or protected under the country's laws observing any religion other than islam is illegal in the kingdom many house church christians believers arrested were given 80 lashes in front of 500 ppl more
