and you don't really want them to know it so you just pretend like it's all good?

that is not good for you, its called passive aggressiveness. its better to get angry at people. your health can suffer when you keep things like that in. or you can try punching a punching bag and thinking about them :)

i never pretend with someone that im mad at them. im upfront. i usually get mad at my sisters, especially my younger sister because she keeps picking on me and criticising me. she also doesnt listen to me, which makes it hard for me to do things that i want or need to do. however, the madness i get with my younger sister doesnt last very long and then she makes me mad all over again. it's a constant agonising experience for me because im not the type of person who is like this. she brings out the worst in me, and she would get her own way with it, and i would get in trouble for it, and they all think im crazy. i do get sick of it, but i cant really do anything about it. im usually a good person, and if it wasnt for her people would see that goodness in me and i would be happier in my life. i know getting mad at someone and pretending that you're not usually happens amongst friends, and it's probably happened to my friends with me, but i havnt been mad at my friends. sometimes my mum makes me mad because she's always taking my younger sister's side instead of mine and my younger sister has lied soo many times, and my dad really frustrates me because he too takes her side and constantly annoys me. i've told him to his face how i felt, but somehow it doesnt really get through to him. i have to therefore pretend in my life and to my friends that im ok when i really feel hurt and betrayed by my family and other people. i once got really mad at my aunt for causing arguments with my grandmother when i was a little girl, as i was a witness to it, and i had to pretend everything was ok. it wasnt hard to do because somehow i would forget it ever happened, and only a while later i would remember

YES! And I'm not good at holding things in. I've been acting like everything is okay between me and my aunt and uncle, but I have a lot of problems with the way they are.

I used to when i was younger. But now i don't get mad as much. If someone offends me or pisses me off, i just get it out in the open. More often than not, if you call someone on their bs they'll stop.
