i hang all my shirts but only one has a huge neck hole and its annoying me

Go to a fabric store and buy elastic that looks like thick thread. Then get a needle and use the needle to run the elastic around the neckline.

If you have one of those regular triangular hangers, just fold the shirt in half hot-dog style and hang it over the horizontal rung. That or duct tape the neck hole.

neckholes are usually have some elasticity to them, therefore, if it's not small enough... tough titty. time to buy a new one.

sew it up on the sides a bit
