Different manufacturers use radically different techniques to design and assemble their cars.
I would go further, but the statements you made in your question are not accurate, and the question is extremely broad.
the quality, skill, and training of engineers and assemblers, the style of the designer, the materials used, the quality of machines used to assemble and weld, the amount of time the company has to test their prototype, not to mention their budget for each of these areas... millions of reasons, literally.
Here's a blurb on the Mercedes-McLaren plant:
High-tec factory
The new Mercedes McLaren SLR supercar is built in an unusual industrial plant called the Paragon. The glass-walled hotel-like complex houses the assembly line and parts stores together with offices and a high-tec wind tunnel. Built in 50 hectares of green belt land north west of Woking, McLaren¹s headquarters has two of the three floors buried underground to avoid spoiling views across the Surrey countryside. The technology centre, as the factory is called, employs futuristic methods. The lake, for example, doubles up as a cooling tank for the wind tunnel and as a source of stored energy to heat the building. Visitors enter the building through an underground walkway.
Compare that to where neons are assembled? =)

No.The car companies all have different standards. Some are designed better, assembled better. Why it may seem they all are put together the same, different companies use differ ant techniques and procedures. Plus the quality of sub contractors and how well they work with each other.

The key word in your question is ASSEMBLED the same way. That question is like saying "why are you and I not the same?" We both have arms, legs, head and torso. The answer is that cars may be put together the same example......Frame first, then engine, transmission, body, wheels and tires and then interior, but the major differance is that not all are DESIGNED same.

i think what your trying to say is there all built on a production line,,but the difference is the quality of the parts that are being installed on the cars,,this is why they don't last,,as long as the others,,good luck,,i hope that was what you needed.
