does running increase butt and thighs or decrease??what are all the pros !!!
i run 3 miles a day.

It depends on where you're running to. If you're headed to Taco Bell, the running won't counter act the sour cream in the taco supremes.

They should look about the same, but they'll feel different to the touch. Mostly you'll be replacing the fat or flab with muscle, so there will be more muscle tone and a sculpted look. This goes for your whole leg, you'll end up with great looking calves too.

you will lose fat and be left with muscle. This also depends on what your body like from genetics. Some women have thicker butts and thighs and can't get rid of it no matter what.

running burns calories and fat, and it should tone your legs, not make you gain muscle mass. you will gain muscle mass by weight training. running will burn fat off of your thighs. 3 miles a day is awesome.
