Lmao try not to listen to your friendly brainwashed tree hugging liberal "Derek". The risk now days has been reduced so drastically that there virtually isn't one. All of the crap you here about how drilling in Alaska is harmful to the enviroment is pure politics.

The only problem with oil in today's world is the cost. Unfornately for us, all the oil is stuck under countries that hate us. So we certainly do need to start finding alternatives (coal, coal, or use coal).

Oil is a horrible pollutant and we've already used half the world's supply. That means that half of the world's oil is in the air we breathe, the oceans we swim in, and the ground we stand on. Scary thought. Oil drilling must be stopped and alternate energy sources must be found. Oil causes wars, high gas prices, greed, and U.S. dependency on the Middle East. It also kills sea animals.
