Color, color, color!! Everything bright. Nothing has to match. Blouse: Peasant-type, with ruffle around neckline, wear off the shoulders. Skirt: Very full, ankle-length. If you can find one with stars & crescent moons on it, even better. Or use stencils to spray silver & gold ones on. Belt: Wide, with a fringe of fake gold coins. Earrings: Big gold hoops or a bunch of fake gold coins. Necklaces: Strings of multicolored glass beads and gold coins. Rings & Bangles: Lots of brightly colored rings on every finger, lots of fake gold bangles. You'll need a fringed shawl if you can find one and a scarf to wear babushka style on your head. Makeup: Heavy blue, green, or violet eyeshadow, lots of eyeliner, dark eyebrows, heavy blusher and deep scarlet or carmine lipstick. Add a fake mole next to your mouth. Add a pair of brightly colored tights and flat shoes (ballet-type if you have them). Swap meets and street fairs are great places to find that gold coin jewelry. Carry a deck of Tarot cards with you. Now if you can only get a hold of a crystal ball.....

Gathered printed skirt, a shawl tied around the waist and maybe another around the shoulders. A peasant blouse. A bandana around the head. Large hoop earrings with dangles, preferably coin like dangles, that jingle when you shake the head. Lots of beads, like Mardi Gras. As much dangly coin/chain jewelry as you can find, preferably golden. Shoes are low pumps or barefoot. Sandals are OK if you want a Central American style. Black eyeliner, green (or blue) shadow, full or false eyelashes. Red lipstick. Maybe an artfully placed mole near your mouth or eye.

Hit up the thrift stores and look for long peasant skirts, the ruffled broomstick kind from a few years ago are great for this. Big chunky jewelery and a head scarf. Don't forget the Tarot deck!

Lots of layers of scarves, large hoop earrings, big mood-type ring, lots of bracelots, don't forget a headpiece with scarves (like a headband with a big jewel in the center of your forehead. Makeup: heavy lashes, rouge and lipstick.

Puffy loose white shirt, a red, long skirt, a scarf tied around your head, lots of bracelets and beaded jewellry. Red lips and lots of eyeliner.
