The Colts defense generates turnovers. Eli will get his, but they are going to get after him. The Giants will lean on Tiki a lot.
Warner had serious success against the Niners last year.
You're looking at 300 yards and 3+ TDs for Warner.
Eli, 2 TDs, 2INT.
Ride the Warner train until he gets hurt.

I like Warner's matchup against the 49ers' D. The Colts' D is pretty stout.

Indy has too good a defense to pick Eli over Kurt. While I think Eli will be the better "keeper" pick, for a starter in week one I would definately go with Warner.
