Of course she isn't. Just look at her throat. That is the silliest rumor I've heard since they said Steve Urkel committed suicide. Now THAT'S a rumor.

No, she just looks like one! I think ppl just say that because they're jealous of her because she managed to get famous by having just an average voice, average looks, and a f*ucked-up bottom lip (look closely! It's crooked, like she got a bad collagen injection.).
