i had mine pierced at the age of 13 but only because i had my parents consent.
and that crap about bein fat or ugly is complete crap.
you can be a bigger girl and you dont have to be pretty either its your choice and if your comfortable the way you are then get it done but get you parents consent.
you have to realise that there's alot of cleaning and caring for it involved.

15 is usually what the parlors require as far as age, also parent consent, they figure at 15 a teen is able to take care of and know the issues and understand the cautions about the piercing.

My belly is pierced and I just turned 15 in August. I love it, my friends do too. Some of my friends have their belly pierced too, it looks really cute.

There is no good age for a teen to get her belly pierced. It's trashy.
