You should find out if he really does like the other girl before making any sort of other move. If he's really interested in her, he might refuse you and that could be painful.

Why don't you ask him that, he will tell you, and that way you wont have to regret doing the wrong thing for many years. Tell him you want to move on and if he starts grovelling then you got your man. And if he says adios, you know he is not worth your time or trouble. A tosser!

why not take a chance and tell him how you feel and that you want to be with him... I mean you could be thinking what if he likes someone for all your life but you would never know and you could mess up your chance because while you thinking that he likes someone else.. he could be liking you.. ^^ good luck I hope ya get 2getta!
