If humans only had a ten year lifespan (as adults) how would the world be different? Would people still wage war when they have such a short time to live? What else would be different?

Back then in Shakespearen times, people lived at most 30-40 years. If adult age is 21, they only had 10-20 years as adults. Well, we would all get married once we reach puberty and by 13, 14 years old we would have kids.
Yes, people would still wage war, they already did. Anyway, it wouldn't at all matter to them because they are going to die young, it's like, so what?

Hardly any reproductive organs would be ready to ensure the next generation..
