Do your boss a favor and quit. He doesn't need scared Minnies like you around to curtail his freedoms.

Each state has gun laws, but the way the laws are worded are often different and some states are more strict than other states. I started to notice that when I looked into your question as it applies to just New York. Your state has some very strict firearm laws.

But let me refer you to the following website that is the site of New York Penal Code laws. And if you scroll about half way down until you arrive at section "265.02" you will find the law that pertains to what you ask. And from my reading of it, anyone in New York can keep a loaded firearm on the premises of their home or business. But take a look at the section and maybe read further down to see if there are any more exceptions, etc:

I don't think it's illegal but if he uses them inappropriately then it'll be a problem. If you are afraid he might get even angrier to the point of using the guns, then it might be good to walk out, but it's your choice. Weigh the consequences and see which you would rather choose.

Hahah.. why does he need three? One is understandable but three? Maybe you should talk to him about it, because it definitely isn't safe to leave them around & not locked up

It's legal as long as he has a concealed weapons permit, but he should have them locked up in secure atmospheres.
