You could "sort" members into each of the Houses. By asking each person which House they think they would be sorted into and of course, why.

Do a survey to find out their favorite book/movie in the series, who are their favorite characters/why, when they first became Harry Potter fans, if they've ever been to a book release party, what HP merchandise they've bought, what characters they think would be a good couple, do they think Snape is a bad guy, who do they think will die in Book 7, what objects do they think are Voldemort's remaining Horcruxes, do they think Harry will beat Voldemort, will Harry die in the end? After you've figured out the percentages of the answers for each question share that information with the club and discuss it.

Host a Harry Potter themed Halloween party, serve HP candy, have guests come dressed as their favorite character or just in witch/wizard costumes, play music from the soundtracks, and have one of the movies playing. You could have them vote for which one. You could have a Best Dressed contest.

I think you could start it among students voluntarily but I don't think that the many schools would sponsor it as an official club in the curriculum. Be prepared for the close minded to tease you for being a "nerd" but do what you love. It's a great idea.

gown each and each and every of the individuals contained in the club, make then look like they are in Hogwarts, like with ties, wands, circle glasses, and all that. Then do a dance undemanding flash mob. you could both provide her a wand or a brush that asserts "will you bypass to promenade with me?".
