No. You can't, there are a lot of songs that have the same names, but diffrent lyrics.

No, having the same title is not plagiarism.
What you really have to be cautious about is having a very similar melody. George Harrison of the Beatles was sued because his song "My Sweet Lord" had pretty much the same melody as an older song "He's So Fine." The words and title were totally different.
If you're interested in reading about all the details of that lawsuit, here is a link:

No, song names aren't copyrighted, just the lyrics. In fact, there was once a time when two songs with the same name were in the "Top Ten". The name of the songs was "Jump" & the artists were Van Halen & The Poiter Sisters respectively.

i individually believe that "have not Met You yet" by Michael Buble and "Love music" by Sara Barallies have the precise same track, i like them the two, yet I SWEAR, they sound in simple terms approximately precisely a similar. BQ3: humorous you asked, i've got theory that for as long as i can keep in mind and by no ability gotten an answer.

i dont think so. there are plenty of songs out there with the same title but the lyrics are nothing alike. i think only the lyrics are protected by copyrights or whatever. you should be fine.

I doubt it. Look at all the books that have the same names but are by different authors and have different stories.
