I agree that you should see a doctor. If you're brave, you can try to lance it yourself, but that's disgusting and you run the risk of having it spread. Bag Balm is good for drawing infections to the surface of the skin. I have also heard of a product called Icthammol (or something like that), which is designed to draw things to the surface. You can also put an antibiotic ointment on it, like Neosporin.

I had boils when I was a kid. My Mom use to put heat packs on them to draw the core to the surface. It would take a few days, she would apply heat packs each night until it was ready to pop. Then she would have to squeeze the core out like you do a zit. It was painful. but such a relief when it was done and over with. That was years ago. It could be there is a better way today. Call your Dr. and see if his nurse can give you advice. He might have you come into the office.

Boils treatment using Milk Cream
Milk cream is beneficial in the treatment of boils. One teaspoon of milk cream, mixed with half a tea spoon of vinegar, and a pinch of turmeric powder, makes an excellent poultice. It helps in ripening the blood boils and in their healing without allowing them to become septic.

Boils treatment using Betel Leaves
Betel leaves are a valuable remedy for boils. A leaf is gently warmed till it becomes soft. It is then coated with a layer of castor oil. The oiled leaf should be spread over the inflamed part. It should be replaced every few hours. After a few applications, the skin boil will rupture, draining out all the purulent matter.

Boils treatment using Cumin Seeds
Cumin seeds are beneficial in the treatment of boils. The seeds should be ground in water and made into a paste. This paste can be applied to boils with beneficial results.

To treat boils, this vegetable should be steeped in boiled water till it is soft and juicy. When comfortably hot, it should be wrapped with clean muslin or linen cloth and applied to the boils as a poultice.

Boils treatment using Turmeric
Application of turmeric powder on boils speeds up the healing process. In the case of fresh boils, a few dry roots of turmeric are roasted, the ashes dissolved in a cupful of water, and then applied over the affected portion. This solution enables the boils to ripen and burst.

Warm moist compresses would be applied
Warm moist compresses should be applied three or four times a day over the tender area. This will help to bring the boil to a head and encourage easy drainage.

take a raw potato, scrape it out; drip the juice accumulated directly on the boil. Then take the scrapings, and place them directly on the boil, putting a square patch band-aid over it to keep it in place. Do this before you go to bed and in the morning it will be gone. I had a monster one on the back of my thigh as a teenager and this cured it.

I think that needs to be professionally looked at and drained. Infection could spread to your bloodstream and you'd be in trouble. See a doctor!
