Not really worried about the World Series, if they get out of the National League I'll gladly take my chances in the World Series.

The one team that no Mets fan should want to see would be the Astros. Between Clemens, Pettite, and Oswald they're the only team that has the pitching staff that could shut down our lineup in a short series.

Hmmm. There's not a damn team in the NL or AL that I'm scared of as a Mets fan. The Dodgers, Padres and Cardinals (3 teams I think will make it to the playoffs with the mets) all kind of suck and cant handle the Mets.
I'd really hate to face Houston though, with Oswalt and Clemens.
And Georgie, the Dodgers shouldnt even be on the same field as the Mets!

I'd be worried about facing the Marlins in the first round. Hey they're just a bunch of kids with nothing to lose! Everybody had them written off before the season even began. They're defiently not going to feel any pressure in the playoffs, that's for sure.
The team that I wouldn't be worried about is the Cardinals. They're a marginal playoff team at best. If they were in the AL, they would have struggled to go .500 this season.

Regular season is one thing, everything changes in the playoffs!!!
Just b'cuz u beat a team during the regular season doesn't mean that they'll beat 'em in the playoffs!!!! U could be playing the worst team, & any given night (or day), that "bad" team can give the "great" team an a$$ whoopin', don't underestimate any team, 'cuz u might be surprised & get knocked out the 1st round. . . . remember that!!!

I'd still least like to face the Astros, because they have 3 great pitchers. But I seriously doubt they will make the playoffs.
Outside of them, I don't care who the Mets face. They will win. Especially in a 7 game series.

Hm. I guess I wouldn't want to face the Phillies. But I think the Mets can beat them anyway. We're in a tight race with the Tigers for 1st in the whole MLB, so I think we can take anyone ^_^.

I wouldn't want them to see the Philly's because the Phil's do really good against the Mets and they beat them like 13-0 like to nights in a row that one time. I'd want them to play the Dodgers

If arizona gets the wild card then them lol.
dodgers i least wanna see play us first, they have the mix to knock the mets out.
