I'm small and have a small bones, but since i'm 19 i would like to look like it a little.

Just give it time! ^_^ You'll develop! Just don't feel too self-conscious about it, because then it will seem like it will NEVER happen!

run like 4 or 5 miles a day. It'll build muscle in the legs and @ss

you can do squats before bed start with like 10 a night and gradually do more, or you can put 2 hands on the counter or table and do leg lifts on each leg or you can have your boyfriend perform anal sex. ALL OF THE ABOVE WORKS FOR ME. LOL

Give yourself more time. Your body will still change at your age. But you might get more than you hope for.

Eat stuff that has a lot of hormons in it..like chicken (fried chicken)... it always goes to the right places!!
