My job wont hire me full time if I have a felony on my record but the probation that I took is supposed to be deferred. What will my record look like if my job looks into it.

due to all of the missing information here, you'd get the best answer from your probation officer. they can tell you the status of your deferrment or what sort of agreement you signed that suspends prosecution and how that can appear or not appear on the criminal background checks done by employers.

Deferred probation is a sentence. The crime you were sentenced for may of may not be a felony. The law determines if the crime is a felony or not. The sentence does not change that.

Its a open case supervised until completion, nothing on your physical record for the charge yet it will show that its pending if you complete with no problem have it exponged off your record. If asked tell the truth but a background check will be ok for ya, do not mess up!

You better come clean. If you say no, and they find out about it you will be fired and may not get another job for some time.
