I use Touch Tint from Clinque. You put it on your eyes before the eyeshadow and it keeps the shadow there all day. I've never had to reapply.

Try to get a cream eyeshadow and put it as a base, then apply your powdery eye shadow on top.

The cream eye shadow should be in basic colors, like white/ silver, so it wont distort the color of your powdery eyeshadow.

Buy higher quality eyeshadow or creme eyeshadow, try Lancome, it stays on all day and the color actually brightens for me as time passes.

I find that my eyeshadow stays on longer if I use a cream base coat first. Almay has one that works really well.

Try dusting a light layer of face powderon you eyelids before putting the shadow on, that will help it stay put longer! Good Luck! :)
