I am 5'4", 121 lbs., fit and muscular, honey blonde, well proportioned...I am hurt by my husband's porn surfing activities. I have consistent offers to hook up with men, but I am madly in love. Why does he feel the need to look at porno pics of other women? help me understand and not take this personally

Well, guys look at porn. We tend to look at pretty things, even, or especially if, we can't have them. It does tend to make us appreciate the good thing we have at home.
It was once described to me as "how can you really appreciate the fine art you have on your wall at home if you never go to visit a museum and see other works?"

This is really hard to explain; but I'll try! Men (in the back of their mind) have this need to be kinky. To be disgusting and perverted; without remorse! The only way they can channel this energy is to transfer these feelings to a neutral third party. That would be porno! It is a way for men to release feelings that they can't share with their partners. They are basically in denial of their own feelings. That is how they cope. They get an adrenalin rush from the stimulation of the porno; and that is why they become addicted. It isn't necessarily the porno; but the adrenalin rush they receive from it! What they don't know is; they could receive the same rush from watching someone base jumping; or doing any kind of death defying act! This may sound strange. Think about it!

First of all can you place a picture of yourself on this site? We can easily determine if you are as good looking as you say you are. If you are better than average, I personally would not take it as an offence. You have to understand that men enjoy both doing the act and also watching other people do it. I don't think he is trying to hurt you, I believe that he, like a lot of guys that watch porn do it because it is exciting. Sometimes watching porn helps you learn a trick or two that you can use in your day to day sex life. I think guys like seeing hot women get it on!

We men are dogs, if I had a woman like you, you are all I would need to look at though. Some men don't see it as a hurtful thing because they can just say I'm not touching her. Some people use it as a way of getting turned on for love making. There are not very many guys in the whole world that would not look at a beautiful naked woman if she were right in front of them though. I'm sure he doesn't mean it personally though. Maybe talking to him about it would help though, tell him it bothers you. Good Luck!

Think this is all in the mind and not about you. Some guys might have very pretty and hot babes as girlfriend/wife but still browse for porn sites to fullfill their mental desire(curiousity), its actually quite normal and in fact alrite for him to watch porn(I guess most guys do), maybe to spice up your r/s u might consider watching it with him and even comment on the pics he see. Love you for who you are and not how u look like, so no worries.

if you really feels uncomfortable with the idea he is watching other women, tell him and maybe he will be able to give u a better answer then i gave.

Looking at naked bodies of the opposite sex is normal. All people are different and it does not necessary that he want to have sex with them just look. Playboy isn't just for single men. It may help get him excited for you. Now some people are addicted to porn and they have an addiction just like any other addiction and need help. But on the average, looking at porn once and a while is OK even for you. The human body is beautiful and looking at beautiful things are normal. Just like looking at beautiful expensive cars or houses that you know you can't afford.

in my opinion, guys look at porn to fulfill a sexual fantasy. they may have a perfect woman at home, but looking at porn is like looking at a situation you will never be in and looking at women do things they wish their women would do for them- if they had one. Give him a visual to think about that's better than any porno. Try being a little more sexy for him - put on some lingerie or send him dirty messages. u might be surprised by the reaction you get.

Well the reason could be that he craves more sexual stimulation than you are providing him with. Keeping a man aroused and turned on to you all the time requires a lot of work on your part. Most men fantasize about spontaneous not always in the bedroom sex...you know the fantasy about the pizza delivery girl sucking him off for a bigger tip...they all have it...Sex him up...Set your inner freak loose on him and he'll have no need for porn...

Well I am thinking he looks at others in a way he wouldn't look at you because he respects you and would never look at you in a dirty way. He can get his fill of that stuff and then go and be with you. I would try and not take it personally. As long as you still maintain a good loving relationship and he takes his pleasure with you and not Mary palm and her four sisters or other women. If you give him permission to look at porn it will no longer be taboo and he will no longer need to keep it a secret and he will lose some of the need to keep looking.
~Good Luck~
