If the baby dies, you won't have morning sickness anymore. Morning sickness is caused by the steady rise in the blood hormones and after a miscarriage, the blood hormones decrease; not rise.
I wish you the best of luck and I pray that your baby is OK and everything turns out well. Best Wishes.

I found out that I had a blighted ovum at 10 weeks with my last pregnancy. The doctor said that nothing had devoloped since 6 weeks except the sac. I had morning sickness and other symptoms the entire time, although compared to this pregnancy were mild. My only miscarrying symptom was some blood, but no pain or anything.

I hope your baby is ok and that you are just off on your dates or something. Good luck!

I have had 7 miscarrages. They did hormone levels on me each day. It was encouraging when the levels went up. And I had morning sickness...and gave birth 9 months later...with my miscarrages, my hormone levels did not continue to increase and I was only slightly quezy a few times. So if you are having morning sickness....that is a good sign. Ultrasounds are aweful at telling you if you have a viable pregnancy. My doctor said there was nothing but a fetal pole and that it would not develop any further. My 17 year old would beg to differ. SO hang in there. Good luck

The good thing is that morning sickness is a good sign. It means that your hormones that maintain a pregnancy are high. Usually when you miscarry you won't have intense morning sickness. The bad thing is that a baby was not seen on sonogram at 7 weeks. It could be a blighted ovum. I wish the best for you. Good Luck.

Ultra sounds aren't 100% accurate, and if you miscarried it's pretty abnormal for you to be experiencing morning sickness.Your body does go threw changes but throwing up and all that not normal, I think your gonna have a good pregnancy cause sometimes the baby could hide behind your uterus and the ultra sound can't pick it up, Pediatric nurse for 13 years and still doing it Best of luck to ya..:O)

Unfortunatley, you can still experience pregnancy symptoms with a missed miscarriage. I did for all of my miscarriages. I lost the baby weeks before I found out. Good luck to you...its not completely unheard of to not find a baby at 7 weeks, especially if you have a tipped or irregular uterus.

Once you miscarry it will feel like an extreme period and you'll not feel well at all. Once that day passes you'll begin to feel better
