My son picked up an orange and said "apple" I told him no it is an orange." So he replys "orange apple." just thought this was cute and humorous and wanted to share.

Very cute!I asked my 3 year old granddaughter and she said"Snow White eats apples and Baloo from Jungle book eats oranges!Hey Tommy move on!!!!His kids are cute and so are mine!only self-centered assclowns do not find kids cute hence YOU!

Play a game....you say the colour and he points to everything that is green and then orange.

You can then blindfold him and ask him does that taste like a GREEN apple or an orange?

Who knows by the time he is older there could even be orange apples!

That's very cute. You can show him pictures with the word of each written underneath or just have an orange and apple side by side so he can clearly see the difference. Kids say the cutest things.

With crayons! An orange is orange an apple is red... plus you peel an orange, let him peel and eat and just bit into an apple or slice. Either way, he sounds cute and curious, so give him info, he sounds smart!

Just kindly correct him. "No, honey that's an orange but they are both fruits so I know why you said that." My cousin went throught that :) First he'd call all fruits "ball!" Then they all became apples. How cute.
