It may not be legal but the worse thing about it is usually other people. Dating and sex are different things in my book, I've always dated older guys but if I felt something wrong with the relationship I walked away and forgot him. When I was 15 I dated a 19 year old he was fun and it was better for me. We had the same interests and since he was older he could actually do what he wanted. I was pretty "free", but most guys my age weren't, they couldn't go out or would have to spend like 2 hours asking for permission and I found that stupid because I was raised with the idea that men always had more freedom than a girl. So I dated older guys so we could do the same things. Age doesn't matter most of the time, If you have the same interests and its not just someone trying to take advantage of you its just plain dating.

yes it is cause those 18-19 year old guys all they want is sex and they'll say anything to those 15-16 year old gulaple girls just to get in there pants don't rush things you'll have enough guys to date at that age so don't rush things you'll get there. Plus what is wrong with these guys that they can't get someone there own age why do they have to be looking in the younger crowd makes me wounder there must be something wrong maybe the ladies there age know something the other ladies don't know.

It depends on what the laws in your state are. Some states at 16 it is legal for a girl to have a relationship with an adult, but not many. Most states it is 17-18. If you really like the guy you don't want him going to jail do you?

No as long as 16 is legal in your state and you 2 are still in high school. I was 18 when I dated a 15 year old I was a Jr. she was a freshman. Also if they do not have sex. While in that we never had sex we where in love until I graduated. But anyways no it is not wrong

Perhaps that's a question for the parents of the girl in question??? I won't lie...when I was, oh wait a minute...I was 17 about to turn 18 when I dated a 19-20 y.o. and a month or two from graduation. Nevermind.

Yeah because the 18-19 year old guy is considered an adult ant the 15-16 year old girl is considered a child and if they have sex the guy can be charged with statutory rape even if it is consentual sex. I would figure that's pretty bad for the guy to wind up in prison.

The trick to remember is that 18 and 19 year old guys know how to play younger girls to get what they want, be it attention or sexual favors. So, besides being illegal, it's probably not in the best interest of the girl to be dating up.

I dont think its a good idea for you to date a 18 yr. old when you are 15 yrs. old because your parents might not want you dating someone who is much older than you. I should know I dated a guy who was 18 when I was 15 and my parents weren't to happy that I was dating a 18 yr. old.

Not necessarily "bad", but not particularly smart either. You won't believe me now, but the maturity level of a 15 year old girl vs a 19 year old guy is astounding. The difference won't be so marked as you age. Steer clear. Far too many complications.

with the help of regulation it truly is not criminal. And yet another ingredient is that if he's that previous, he must be out of that prime college section and courting ladies his age. It seems incorrect although if it wasn't like that basically because we've a tendency to imagine what's on his ideas and that could be more desirable than basically friendship. For me, i might want to in no way even evaluate it.
