how do you deactivate the sticky keys?

you know if you press the shift key five times the sticky keys start

I had this problem not too awfully long ago. If you can get your mouse down to the bottom of the screen, there should be an icon for the stickey keys. It took me a while to find it. Aggravating, isn't it?

hit the shift key another 5 times and click the turn off sticky keys good luck
