No, because there are radicals of every religion and race, yours too as well as mine. It is a shame to group everyone in the same mass because of the actions of a few. I am black and during the 60s there were Black Radicals that caused mayhem upon our White brothers and sisters across the nation, when The Very Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. preached non violence as a way to achieve equality, before that there were the Nazi Nation that caused many of our Jewish brothers and Sisters death in pre war Germany, Poland and Russia as well as other places. We have skin heads, whom are White and I would not group all bald Whites in a radical classification. We have the radical Christians and Protestants in war torn Ireland but not all Christians and Protestants are violent radicals. There are also radical Jews bent on terrorizing Middle Eastern people. Now we have Islamic radicals bent on killing Innocent people as well as themselves to prove a point but some of our most hard working, well behaved citizens are of the Islamic faith. So we must judge each person on their individual qualities and not on their faith or belief.

I might note before I answer, I generally don't find that a radical within a "race" would spur negative thoughts of the race to me. In my opinion, a race does not have radical members. Rather I view radicalism as deriving from a driving force, such as religion (as you mention) or politics/power struggles. In other words, I view race as a fact and radicalism as something that emerges from ideology.

To answer your question, although my initial response would be "no," I hesitate to give it. That is to say I'm not entirely confident that I do not harbor some amount of negative thought when members of a particular social group or religion continously display radical behavior. It's something I am conscious of, however, and I definitely remind myself of the illogical nature of such thought.

For example, I know you cannot define a group by its unsavory members. This is true of ALL social groups, religions, etc. For example, radical and fundamentalist Christians rub me as much the wrong way as do the same types of persons in any religion or social group. In other words, I would not pick the radical members of one group in order to justify some inner discrimination I have toward that group as a whole.

However, if I know the ideology of a radical to be markedly different from his peers, then generally radical behavior does not affect my perception of the group as a whole. If, on the other hand, the ideology is of a type that is aimed at generating such radical behavior, it is more likely that the group would be viewed less well in my own mind.

In sum, I would not let a few ruin a good "whole." But sometimes there might be a radical subset of the "whole" who I consider to be a group unto themselves. Sometimes the behavior of those within this subset would cause me to think negatively of that particular subset - although I try to limit such thoughts so as not to be overinclusive. Just my honest $.02.

No.
As a whole, races and religions are true to themselves and others. It is the radical idiots that scream, shout and put everybody else down that I think nothing of. The people that stand on their own and live graciously with the rest of the world have my respect.
The zealots I ignore or laugh at.

It depends on how out-there the radical people are.

Yes, especially if no "mainstream clerics or religious people" stand up and disown or disavow them. Otherwise, how would we know whether they spoke for everyone or not?

I would like to make what I think is a valued point on the subject concerned accepting the white way radicalism and lesser form given to servitude, so to truly outline the point I must digress from the issue , I was born and raised in the United Kingdom, being raised here was around Indians and whites so I do not know much of the black cultures as well as some people would think and any actual black response are more or less purely a superficial act but that is not to say I dislike black people just some as and to an extent some whites too given that I prefer a Indian culture so you can say without a doubt I am raised on a western culture.
What gets me is that when I am accused of being anti white, that is not the case, that issue is why should I change my way of living to suit those who are accusing me of being anti white? All my years spent riding bikes, wearing skins carrying on has never been seen as anti white until now with the ushering of the new generation who coincidently cross over with rap, I am used to doing what I like I drank, I smoked bedded women, road around the country denying the social expectations, so to an extent pretty much a nihilist life style somewhat and not conforming to the social norms, I am divorced from a white woman because of social pressure to conform and the subculture I am used to had a large percentage of white followers too because it is a western culture so all these years riding and meeting bikers and punk rockers’ and even a few Gs are spent here in the united kingdom music a few vistas to different countries BUTT now with the ushers in a new generation who are telling me about how to be white? The things is what they are saying is not about being white? It is about servitude, that everything I do must serve their will? When I was young all of us were taught to screw what any power wants, us taking a don’t tell me what to do stance regardless of your color because what all of us had was a free way of living often termed as non-conformist, nihilist or radical , the free thinker, now my argument is what the hell should I do become a servant because that is what accepting this new white will amounts to and I am rejecting it in favor of the black subculture neither or either.
Accepting the white will? Social servitude a new idea put together by snotty nosed bum fluffed face little boys and girls who have not really even lived yet or are actually legally able to leave home, so that means all the decades I have live here from the moment I am born amounts to nothing? Well I beg to differ and categorically refuse to accept any form of servitude to what I deem a less self made ideology extracted from a fascist point of view, our way has always been hey man don’t tell us what to do & FO.
Accepting this white will now is something you tell to people who have just arrived here from another country who do not know free will from freebees, the problem has generated because of the sudden influx of alien cultures to the this part of the western world and NO I am not an intolerant man and do not reject the whole immigration agenda before anyone starts going to there.
The whole accept the free will is nothing more than a lower form attempt at domination to the ignorant or unknowing, when these snot ones picky face was growing up doing women who are now mother’s age given that were talking of women in their mid 30s to early 40s, you snot face was not even a gilt in the milk man’s eye.
In truth accepting the new white or black will, new the crap on the block interprets to me as give us all you have, you’re not allowed to have money do as we say and not as we do, not that that I give a dam or pay any attention and simply do as I like regardless of color and the only reason I highlight this point of any white kid is because there is a cussy black woman giving me **** top get with their ****
Servitude do as I tell you GTF out of here or I’ll skin you alive . Servitude sounds familiar doesn’t it , and in that form it is reminiscent of slavery is it not? I don’t hear that at all, in fact I dislike like the snot nosed bum fluffed idea that much that I encourage radicalism and nihilism to a lesser from, now at this point I must emphasize that I am not including what the government say, it is ironic that the government bills and laws to protect people against this sort if discrimination is effective against their sort now coming from someone like me who grew up not conforming and now I favor their legal stand points given to the position and I am not a government man nor am I running around asking them to protect me notwithstanding the reasons why one should be financially compensated of any due stress. In my earlier days people would lodge claims against the civil servants for abuse of power or discrimination, it is sad and curiously strange that someone now would lodge a claim against a parent for the improper racist behavior of their child/kid/paininthebutt, they day I accept some two bit freshly born tinker toy snot nose pimple face telling me about accepting their white will is the day I start believing that David Ike is the son of god ( no offence Mr Ike, just a figure of speak)
So for a better explanation it is not a matter of me being anti white it is matter of me refusing to accepting the white will out and not willing to their servant/slave, It is a matter of me refusing to be a servant come slave I said and since I grew up in a western culture and practice a western subculture I would rather eat suck the shells of an egg through a straw that listen to a load of self sanctified, self racial self righteous teen age crap that do as the attempted effort is asked, this is a purely personal view and I say this to you and them in conclusion, get a go to 10 line divide it by 2 minus 3 and whatever is left take that number no matter what freakin colour . I own myself and those I consider lesser than me is not because if race but because of intent
