I know she loves it and all but I was planning to surprise her with a nice home cooked chicken dinner for her birthday. I was thinking BBQ chicken.

i think you should cook it rotisserie style. That's yummy. Just get you a Ronco Rotisserie.

chomp. am I invited to the bbq? pleeeeease? I love chicken ... yum 'specially bbq ... ooh that makes me hungry. I think though, if you want to still HAVE a girlfriend ... then, maybe you should get a different chicken. Better yet, a turkey or something. I found my pet chicken in the fridge once where my grandfather put it and forgot to remember to tell us it died. yop.

No, that's not a good one, if you want to surprise your gf buy another chicken to cook but not her pet. She might get hurt if you do that.

don't you dare kill her chicken, if you want to give her a surprise go buy a chicken, have you every kill and cleaned a chicken it not as easy as you might think. but if you every do need to kill one this is how you do it. first you ring its neck, pluck the feathers, then you will need to burn the fine Little feathers off. then gut it, cut it up. roll it in flour and fry. but do not kill her chicken.
