Do you have to see your X? It just seems like your hurting yourself for seeing him. We always want what we can't have and in some cases, we might wonder what could've been. Trust me the grass is never greener.....

Everyone is like that .... join the club. It is the "What If" syndrome at work...and if you could, you wouldn't change a thing. And, just between you and me, enjoy the fantasy..they don't last very long, so have some fun with it..between you and you..your husband will not know the difference, and perhaps it will be an extra tonight??? Go for it. We all need some excitement in our lives here and there, and this is certainly a harmless one. Good luck

It sounds like the thrill is gone from your marriage which is why you're think about the ex.

Maybe you need to be flirtatious with your husband. Buy some sexy nighties, get some scented oils and have a great evening or two, or three.

Don't forget that your ex is your ex and the great guy you married is your husband. Remember why you married him in the first place.

You're not the only one.
That seems to be perfectly normal. I love my boyfriend of 1 year and 1 month but when I see my ex I still get butterflies.
It is basically the simple attraction and knowing the feelings that were once there but have since been gone and moved on.
Don't tell your husband, he may take it personal; just realize you're not the only one and there's nothing wrong with it as long as you feel you're happily married and wouldn't cheat.

Because even if you had bad time it was better what you have in the marriage now. You've been younger 10 years and always we keep the best of the past. All attractions is the beautiful ghost from the past chasing our present if it's not good.
Try to make your life more meaningful, active be happy of today whatever you do.
